Ingredients

  • 400g minced chicken
  • 2 garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 4g chicken powder
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 35g tapioca flour
  • Beancurd skin or a very thin tofu skin

Mix minced chicken with garlic, eggs, chicken powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Stir well.

Add tapioca flour, stir until well blended.
