In Chinese food, there is a sauce similar to oyster sauce, it's hoisin sauce which is also used for flavoring stir-fried dishes. When we look at several sources, oyster sauce is cholesterol-free and contains almost no fat. However, the oyster sauce does not contain much protein, vitamins, fiber, and minerals. Sodium is the most abundant nutrient in oyster sauce. For the Worcestershire sauce, this sauce has a liquid texture with a dark color. It has a fragrant aroma and salty taste, which is made from corn sugar, soy sauce, water, chili, black pepper, tamarind, cloves, garlic, and onions. We will be using these ingredients to make Beef and Bell Pepper Stir-fry.   • 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper

Saute the garlic until fragrant.
