Burger is short term for Hamburger. Burgers are also known as sandwiches that consist of several fillings, for example roast beef, cheese, ham, mayonnaise, eggs, etc. Usually a burger is covered by 2 buns (top and bottom). To make beef burgers, you need minced beef. After that, you can give seasonings and spices for the burger meat, then grilled. BBQ sauce is a must-have ingredient if you want to make a burger, because this BBQ sauce has a special taste. As a complementary, you can add chili sauce, mayonnaise sauce, or tomato sauce. Here's how to make a burger meat along with the steps.

Burger meat
 250 g minced beef
 ½ onions
 1 sheet of white bread, soak in water, squeeze
 1 egg
 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
 2 tsp oregano
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp nutmeg powder
 1 tsp pepper
Complementary
 Burger buns, split, bake briefly
 Fried eggs
 Lettuce, cucumber, and tomato
 Mayonnaise
 BBQ sauce
 Chili / tomato sauce
Directions

Saute the onions in butter until fragrant, then remove from heat, let it cool.

Mix beef, white bread, eggs, worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, nutmeg powder, and pepper. Stir well.

Put in the sauteed onion earlier, stir well.

Round the meat mixture, then flatten it as in the photo. Put it in the refrigerator for 45-50 minutes.

Take out from the refrigerator, fry the burger meat until cooked and brown.

Prepare the burger patties, add mayonnaise, then cucumber slices.

Then put the beef meat, add mayonnaise and chili sauce.

Put the lettuce, then the fried egg, then add the chili sauce again.

Finally, put the tomato slices on top, and prepare the BBQ sauce to be spread on the burger bun like in the photo.
