 200 g green beans / long beans
 150 g minced beef
 100 ml water
 3 tbsp oil
 4 tbsp oyster sauce
 2 garlic
 3 red chilies
 1 tsp oregano (optional)
 1 tsp sugar
 1 tsp pepper

Saute green beans / long beans in oil until cooked, add a little salt. Stir well, remove from heat, put it on a plate.

Mix the minced beef, oyster sauce, red chilies, sugar and pepper.

Saute the garlic in oil until fragrant.

Then put in the beef mixture that has been mixed with other spices, stir until cooked.

Pour the water and oregano, stir until it boils and thicken.

Pour the beef over the cooked green beans, and it's ready to serve!
