Ingredients
 300 g minced beef
 1 egg
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp pepper
Smear
 1 beaten egg
 200 g breadcrumbs
Sauce
 300 ml water
 1 tbsp flour
 1 onion, thinly sliced
 2 tbsp butter
 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
 3 tbsp tomato sauce
 2 tbsp sweet sauce
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 2 tsp sugar
 1 handful of peas
Complementary
 Cucumbers
 Tomatoes

Mix the minced beef with eggs, salt, and pepper, mix well.

Round the meat dough, then press the top so it looks like in the photo.

Dip in beaten egg, then coat it with breadcrumbs.

Deep-fry with hot oil until golden brown.

Saute onions with butter until fragrant.

Add water, flour, worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, sweet sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, and peas. Stir well until slightly thickened and make sure it tastes as desired.

Pour the sauce over the beef, and the beef steak is ready to eat!
