 1 tbsp cornstarch
 3 tbsp soy sauce
 3 tbsp oil
 2 garlic
 1 onion, cut into thin slices
 1 green bell pepper, cut lengthwise
 2 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tsp sugar
 1 tsp pepper

Mix the beef chunks, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Stir well, leave it for 15 minutes.

Saute the garlic and onions with oil until fragrant.

Put in the beef pieces, saute until the meat is cooked.
