Butter Fried Chicken

To make the chicken tasty and tender, you should roast/grill the chicken first, then deep fried. After that, cooked with a special marinated sauce that makes this dish even more delicious.

Marinated sauce
 3 tsp garlic powder
 5 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tsp pepper
Ingredients
 500 g chicken breast / thigh
 1 garlic, cut into thin slices
 1 onion, cut into thin slices
 4 tbsp butter
 1 tsp pepper
 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
 4 tbsp sweet sauce
 1 lime

Marinate the chicken with marinated sauce for 15-20 minutes.

Place the chicken on a baking pan, pour the remaining marinated sauce over the chicken and add 4 tbsp of oil to the pan to prevent the chicken from sticking. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 175°C until the chicken is lightly browned.

Fry the chicken that has been removed from the oven until cooked.

Saute the onions and garlic with 4 tbsp of butter until fragrant.

Add pepper, worcestershire sauce and sweet sauce. Stir well.

Add the fried chicken, stir well with the sauce, so the sauce soaks into the chicken. Turn off the heat when it's boiling and thickens slightly, make sure it tastes as desired.

Put on a plate, serve the butter fried chicken with lime and warm rice.
