 150 g minced chicken
 1 egg white
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 1 tbsp flour
 800 ml water
 2 carrots, cut into thin slices
 Ear mushrooms as much as desired
 1 tsp chicken powder
 ½ tsp nutmeg powder
 Add salt and pepper as desired
 Fried garlic
