Chicken Balls

  • 200g minced chicken
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Soup

  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 carrots, thinly cut
  • 150g wood ear mushrooms
  • 1 tsp chicken powder
  • ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 spring onions, thinly cut

Mix the minced chicken, egg white, garlic powder, salt, pepper, flour, and sesame oil. Stir well.
