Ingredients

  • 400g dory fish fillets
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp pepper

Dry and Wet Batter

  • 8 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg + 8 tbsp water + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, mix well

Sweet Sour Sauce

  • 2 garlic, thinly sliced
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 carrot, cut into rounds
  • 4-5 tbsp of tomato sauce
  • ½ tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 red chilies, thinly sliced
  • 1 handful of peas

Cut the dory fish fillets as in the photo. After that, sprinkle it with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Leave it for 20 minutes.
