Ingredients

  • 300g Japanese Silken Tofu
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 garlic, thinly sliced
  • 30g seaweed flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Steps

Put the garlic pieces into a pot with 1 liter of water and bring it to a boil.
