A fried seasoned mashed potato with minced beef and vegetable inside, and breadcrumbs outside.
Finely mash the french fries and boiled potatoes.
Add egg yolk, milk powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg powder, then mix well.
Heat the butter, put all the croquette fillings ingredients, except the flour. Cook until the sauce shrinks, then add the flour, stir well, let it cool.
Make round-shape of potato skins, then flatten them. For each flattened potato skin, put 1 tbsp of croquette fillings on it, then make an oval. Cover with flour, then dip it in the beaten egg, then coat it again with flour. Put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator, croquettes can be fried immediately. Serve with cayenne pepper or mayonnaise.
