  • 3 red chilies, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano (optional)

Mix minced beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, sugar, and pepper. Stir well and leave it for 15 minutes.
