Cut the boiled egg into 4 pieces as in the photo.
Mix the minced beef with all ingredients, except flour.
Round the beef, then flatten it, add 1 piece of a boiled egg as in the photo.
Then shape it around until the eggs are all sealed.
Roll into the flour until blended.
Saute the onions until fragrant.
Put in the carrots and tomatoes, stir until cooked.
Put in the sweet sauce, stir until it boils.
Then add water, beef balls, and other seasonings. Stir until cooked and boil.
Pour the meat stew into a bowl, and it's ready to eat!
