 300 g Sengkel beef, cut into cubes
 300 ml coconut water
 250 ml coconut milk
 2 bay leaves
Mashed Ingredients
 6 shallots
 3 garlic
 2 tsp cumin
 4 candlenuts
 2 tsp coriander
 2 tsp pepper
Milk Sauce
 300 ml liquid milk
 2 tsp ginger powder
 2 tsp salt
 1 tsp seasoning powder
 1 lemongrass
Complementary
 Tomatoes, cut into squares
 Steamed potatoes, cut into squares
 Lime
 Green onions
 Fried onions
 Sweet sauce (optional)

Boil the coconut water, coconut milk and bay leaves.

Put in the beef pieces, stir until the meat is cooked. Then remove the meat from the coconut milk sauce.

Cut the beef so that the size is smaller.

Blend all the mashed ingredients, give a little water, then saute until fragrant.

Put the sauteed ingredients into the coconut milk sauce, add the beef pieces as well, then boil it.

After that, put in the liquid milk, ginger powder, salt, seasoning powder, and lemongrass. Bring to a boil again, and make sure it tastes as desired.
