Easy to cook and delicious Spaghetti Carbonara.

Spaghetti Carbonara is a pasta that originated in Rome, Italy. The main feature of Spaghetti Carbonara is that it is usually cooked with lots of cheese and cream, so the taste will be super creamy and yummy. The ingredients are very simple, it only requires any long pasta, carbonara sauce, eggs, bacon/ham, parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spaghetti Carbonara is a classic Italian cream pasta consisting of mushrooms, ham/bacon/sausage, and onions cooked together and stuffed into a cheese-rich carbonara batter. This dish can be eaten for lunch or dinner. It's so easy to make Spaghetti Carbonara, everyone can make it. Spaghetti

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 liter of water
  • 250g of spaghetti
  • 2 pieces of bacon/ham, cut into 2 cm lengths
  • 2 beef/chicken sausages, cut into rounds

Stir-fry

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, cut into 1 cm
  • 2 tbsp flour

Carbonara Mixture

  • 300 ml of milk
  • 40 ml whip cream
  • 50g grated cheese
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Steps

Put the spaghetti in a saucepan with water and oil, boil it until tender.

Mix all carbonara sauce into 1 container, mix well.

Heat the butter, add the chopped onions, saute until fragrant.

Add the flour to the stir fry, stir until slightly stiff.

Put in the carbonara sauce, stir until it boils and slightly thickens.

After boiling, add the sausage and bacon/ham slices. Make sure the carbonara sauce tastes good before mixing it with the spaghetti.
