Spaghetti Carbonara

An Italian pasta which contains heavy cream and cheese, and complemented by eggs, ham, and sausages.

Spaghetti Carbonara is a pasta originated from Rome, Italy. The main feature of this carbonara spaghetti is that it is usually cooked with lots of cheese and cream, so the taste will be super creamy and yummy. It's so easy to make this carbonara spaghetti, everyone can make it. The ingredients that you must have when you want to make carbonara spaghetti are cheese / parmesan, whip cream, along with ham / bacon / sausage, and oregano. For spaghetti
 2 tbsp cooking oil
 1000 ml water
 250 g spaghetti
 2 pieces of ham, cut into 2 cm lengths
 2 beef / chicken sausages, cut into rounds
Stir-fry
 2 tbsp butter
 1 onion, cut into 1 cm
 2 tbsp flour
Carbonara Mixture
 300 ml milk
 40 ml whip cream
 50 g grated cheese
 2 tsp oregano
 1 tsp pepper
 1 tsp salt

Put the spaghetti in a saucepan with water and oil, boil it until tender.

Mix all carbonara sauce into 1 container, mix well.

Heat the butter, add the chopped onions, saute until fragrant.

Add the flour to the stir fry, stir until slightly stiff.

Put in the carbonara sauce, stir until it boils and slightly thickens.

After boiling, add the sausage and ham slices. Make sure the carbonara sauce tastes good before mixing it with the spaghetti.

Mix carbonara sauce with spaghetti, mix well, and spaghetti carbonara is ready to serve!
