Stir-fry Chicken steak is a chicken breast which is marinated with special spices, then covered with flour and fried. However, this chicken steak recipe is not covered with flour. It just uses the marinated spices, then fry it. After that, you can cook the remaining marinade for a while, then pour it over the chicken steak. As a complementary, you can prepare french fries, tomatoes, cucumbers, or other vegetables. For the taste, it's not much different from the chicken steak covered with flour. Making this chicken steak is very easy, anyone can make it.

 2 chicken breasts
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp pepper
 4 tbsp butter, for sauteing
For sauce
 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
 100 ml milk
 1 tsp chicken powder
 2 clove seeds
 ½ tsp nutmeg powder
 ½ tsp pepper
 1 tsp salt
 1 ½ tsp sugar
Complementary
 Tomatoes / fresh vegetables
 French fries

Poke the chicken breast with a fork / knife, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken breasts until they are golden brown like in the photo, then put it on a plate.

Mix all the sauce mixture into the frying pan used to fry the chicken, stir until it boils.

Cut the fried chicken breast, then pour the sauce over it. Give tomatoes and fries as a complement.
