Tofu Omelettes is a unique type of side dish, by combining an omelette with tofu. Making this dish is very easy. For the tofu, you can boil it first before mixing it into the egg beaten. You can put any food ingredients into the egg mixture, such as sausage, ham, chilies, etc. Making tofu eggs is similar to making an omelette in general. Ingredients
 300 g white tofu, cut into small squares
 4 eggs
 1 green onion, cut into thin strips
 2 red chilies, cut into small pieces
 Add salt and pepper as desired
Complementary
 Maling / Luncheon meat
 Cucumber slices

Boil the white tofu pieces until they are slightly chewy. Remove, let cool.

Mix egg, green onion, salt and pepper. Stir well.

Put in the boiled tofu and red chilies, stir gently until blended.

Heat the oil, then pour the tofu eggs, cook until golden brown.

Take the tofu eggs, put on a plate.

Serve with Maling / Luncheon meat and cucumber slices.
