The taste of an omelette combines with a tofu and complemented with Luncheon meat, it's super yummy!
Boil the white tofu pieces until they are slightly chewy. Remove, let cool.
Mix egg, green onion, salt and pepper. Stir well.
Put in the boiled tofu and red chilies, stir gently until blended.
Heat the oil, then pour the tofu eggs, cook until golden brown.
Take the tofu eggs, put on a plate.
Serve with Maling / Luncheon meat and cucumber slices.
