Category

Yakiniku chicken has a salty and sweet taste, and is cooked with Japanese special spices

Yakiniku is a Japanese dish which can be interpreted as grilled meat. In the Western, it's usually known as BBQ food. The way to make yakiniku is not only grilled, but also can be sauteed. The meat that usually used to make yakiniku are beef and chicken. Beef or chicken is usually marinated with seasonings or spices first, then grilled / sauteed. However, this time I made Yakiniku Chicken by sauteed it. The method is very easy, anyone can make it.
