A chicken dish that has a salty and sweet taste and is cooked with Japanese special spices.
Easy to cook and delicious Yakiniku Chicken.

Yakiniku is a Japanese word that means grilled meat. Yakiniku Chicken is a typical Japanese chicken dish in addition to teriyaki chicken. In the Western, it is usually known as BBQ food. This dish is not only baked but can also be stir-fried or sauteed. Usually, the meat used to make yakiniku is either beef or chicken. Beef or chicken are usually marinated with spices first, then grilled/sauteed. However, this time we will make Yakiniku Chicken by sauteing. To make Yakiniku Chicken, make sure to use a non-stick frying pan so that it looks attractive when served. It is highly recommended to use Japanese soy sauce. If you don't have it, you can replace it with regular soy sauce, for the taste may be just slightly different.
