Several kinds of eggplant can be cooked as a side dish, there are purple eggplant and green eggplant. This type of side dish provides vitamins and minerals needed by our body. For Eggplant Sambal, we will be using purple eggplant. The ingredients are very simple, consisting of shallots, garlic, some red chilies, and other spices. Balado is a spicy red sauce mixed with chunks of red chili sauce, which can be mixed with a variety of other foods.
